There are actually two
great car shows at Rhinebeck 2008.
As usual the car show will feature Saturday’s Rod and Custom Dust Off devoted
to hot rods, street rods, customs, race cars, and compact
customs/pickups. Over 600 vehicles are expected to be on the show field
Saturday. An Awards committee selects award winners in over 30
categories. Sunday's
show is for unmodified antique and classic vehicles manufactured up to
1980. On Sunday over 1000 antique and classic cars are parked in 60
classes. First, second and third place awards are presented in these
classes. Rhinebeck’s 200
volunteer judges employ “Dust Off” judging. This is not a
concours event. Last years first
place winners award winners are displayed in our Winners Circle. Pre-registration $10 is
strongly recommended but you can register the day of the show for
$15.
